Job Description
Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing (3rd Shift)
trak group is partnering with a growing food manufacturing company to hire a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician. If you have strong electrical troubleshooting experience, enjoy working in a hands-on environment, and want to grow your skills in a close-knit team, this could be a great fit.

- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, including diagnosing faults back to PLCs
- Read blueprints, conduct preventive maintenance, and keep detailed maintenance records
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety and GMP protocols
- Participate in training on first shift before moving to a consistent third-shift schedule
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food industry a plus, but not required)
- Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot PLCs
- Experience with welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Willingness to bring your own tools (lockboxes provided)
- A team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and solid references
