Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for the second shift at our Fairfield, Ohio location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize repairs and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the second shift and occasional overtime.
