trak group is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a fast-growing manufacturing team. - Inspect, test, and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with operators and supervisors to determine root causes.
- Replace or repair defective machine parts and maintain lubrication systems.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, pipe systems, valves, gauges, and pressure regulators.
- Perform basic building maintenance as needed.
- Fabricate or repair parts using machine tools, cutting torch, or welding equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, corrections, and preventive tasks.
- Support ISO policy and procedure development and adherence.
- High school diploma or vocational training required.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Electrical knowledge, including 24VDC, 240VAC, and 480VAC.
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
