- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and rebuild mechanical components (gearboxes, pumps, etc.)
- Install, align, and calibrate motors, blowers, and transmissions
- Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Operate tools such as lathes, grinders, and welding equipment
- Enter job activity and repairs into SAP or similar CMMS system
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and contribute to safety culture
- Collaborate with production teams to train operators in basic maintenance practices
- 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience required (3+ years preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred
- Electrical experience with 24VDC, 240VAC, and 480VAC systems
- Familiarity with SAP or other CMMS tools preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Solid troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a manufacturing environment
Location: Monroe, OH
Hours:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Rotating Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
