Manufacturing Engineer
Are you passionate about driving manufacturing excellence? We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead projects, optimize production processes, and coordinate new product introductions from design concept to full-scale production. In this role, you will work with AutoCAD, PLCs, CNC machines, and assembly lines to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead projects, optimize production processes, and coordinate new product introductions from design concept to full-scale production. In this role, you will work with AutoCAD, PLCs, CNC machines, and assembly lines to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the introduction of new products, processes, tooling, fixtures, and changes from design to production
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, including creating Manufacturing Engineering Change Notices (MECN), Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), and Manufacturing Instructions (MI)
- Create cost estimates for new or improved processes, establishing operation sequences and required resources
- Train team members on new or enhanced manufacturing processes
- Ensure equipment and process safety, including conducting start-up safety checks before mass production
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams, as well as external suppliers and customers
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting support to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
- Participate in process improvement initiatives such as QRC or Kaizen and value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) efforts
- 1-5 years of engineering experience in high-quality manufacturing environments (Automotive, Aerospace, or other regulated industries)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Working knowledge of PLCs and CNC programming
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Be at the forefront of new product launches and process improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence
