Manufacturing Supervisor - Extrusion (Nights)
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 7: 45pm-8am on 2-2-3 schedule
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Monroe, Ohio that’s expanding its Manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall team performance by ensuring strong accountability across operations, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Lead, coach, and mentor employees to support productivity, engagement, and achievement of business goals
Evaluate team capabilities and support ongoing development to build a high-performing workforce
Contribute to hiring and retention efforts while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments
Adjust workflows and processes to meet production demands and improve efficiency
Champion a strong safety culture by leading initiatives, addressing incidents, and supporting continuous safety improvements
Qualifications:
Prior experience leading frontline teams, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Comfortable using systems and tools to track performance, production, and operational data
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
