- Lead & execute digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage and grow e-commerce channels, driving engagement through email marketing, SMS, and loyalty programs.
- Oversee brand positioning and content strategy to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Develop customer retention initiatives to boost engagement and increase lifetime value.
- Analyze data & optimize marketing performance, providing key insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and tech teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Mentor & develop the marketing team, fostering innovation and growth.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an e-commerce-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, paid social, and CRO.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar).
- Amazon marketing experience is a huge plus!
