trak group is partnering with a top-ranked marketing agency to find a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of design, development, and digital strategy. If you're ready to lead projects, own performance metrics, and help shape UX across the funnel—this is your role.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and build responsive landing pages and websites
- Lead UX audits, CRO testing, and A/B experiments
- Translate strategy into digital journeys that convert
- Collaborate across teams to align web with media, content, and sales
- Own consistency through design systems and libraries
- Present ideas, manage deadlines, and scope work with clarity
- Use tools like Figma, GA, Hotjar, and modern JS frameworks (React/Vue)
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in UX/UI and front-end development
- Fluent in HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with React or Vue
- Background in CRO, A/B testing, and funnel design
- Strong communication and leadership in client settings
- Portfolio that shows strategy, execution, and real impact
Compensation:
- Pay:
- Mid-Level: $85,000–$110,000
- Senior-Level: $110,000–$135,000
- Bonus: $5,000–$10,000 potential at 6 months
