- Stability - 3-5 years of experience at one company
- Lots of ownership
- Experience managing different client groups
- Comfortable with conversing with those ranked higher then them
- Lead a team that manages marketing efforts for a variety of financial products
- Manage company’s member acquisition marketing strategy
- Responsible for strategizing across teams to drive and execute the member acquisition strategy and approach
- Formulate and execute marketing plans and budgets
- Develop and oversee membership acquisition marketing including targeted initiatives
- Participates in the inception and development of new services, products, and communications based on perceived member needs
- Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies
- Run & drive projects from start to finish
- Strong follow up
- Help with rebranding
- Hybrid schedule (1 day/week)
