Mechanical/Electrical Assembler
Full-Time | Onsite in Florence, KY | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$26–$31/hr based on experience
trak group is hiring a Mechanical/Electrical Assembler to join a growing team at a global leader in advanced machinery manufacturing. This hands-on role is perfect for someone experienced in mechanical and electrical assembly who’s excited about international exposure, a strong team culture, and working on cutting-edge equipment.

- Help build, test, and troubleshoot high-performance industrial equipment
- Assemble and test advanced machinery according to specifications
- Install and align A/C motors, gearboxes, and mount electrical cabinets
- Assist with machine runoff, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings
- Identify and replace faulty components during assembly
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in both mechanical and electrical assembly
- Ability to read blueprints and use standard hand/power tools
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and runoff processes
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work on a busy shop floor and support occasional travel (local and international)
