Responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers to ensure smooth operation and patient satisfaction.
- Room patients and obtain necessary visit information for the medical team.
- Perform both front-office and back-office duties, including handling administrative tasks and patient care.
- Manage medication and pre-authorizations to support clinical processes.
- Fulfill various patient care duties, acting as a liaison between patients and physicians to enhance care delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant (MA) program.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
- Flexibility within office hours to accommodate patient needs.
- Covid and flu vaccinations required.
