Responsibilities include:
  • Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers to ensure smooth operation and patient satisfaction.
  • Room patients and obtain necessary visit information for the medical team.
  • Perform both front-office and back-office duties, including handling administrative tasks and patient care.
  • Manage medication and pre-authorizations to support clinical processes.
  • Fulfill various patient care duties, acting as a liaison between patients and physicians to enhance care delivery.
What you need to succeed:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal Medical Assistant (MA) program.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
  • Flexibility within office hours to accommodate patient needs.
  • Covid and flu vaccinations required.
