Responsibilities include:
- Provide patient care in a float capacity between different providers.
- Perform Point of Care Testing and manage EPIC in-baskets.
- Handle various medical paperwork, including FMLA, STD, LTD.
- Occasionally assist with triage to support the team during high call volumes.
- Collaborate with a team of MA's, LPN's, and RN's, sharing responsibilities in patient care.
- Be flexible with duties, including exposure to in-office procedures performed by providers.
- CMA/RMA or LPN certification.
- Comfortable with injections, EKGs, venipuncture, and blood draws.
- Experience in medical assisting or LPN roles.
- Go-getter mindset with a willingness to collaborate and share in patient care.
