Millwright (Maintenance Tech) – Third Shift
Location: Fairfield, OH

We’re hiring a Maintenance Tech to support a newly added shift at a key manufacturing facility in Fairfield. Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Complete preventive maintenance using CMMS software

Inspect equipment and respond to issues to prevent unplanned downtime

Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

Perform minor welding as needed

Assist with installations and upgrades to support production goals

Follow OSHA and internal safety procedures including lockout/tagout

Collaborate with leadership and train junior techs as needed

Industrial maintenance experience—able to step into a hands-on role quickly

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office

Millwright or Industrial Mechanic certification preferred
-
Welding experience or training a plus
