trak group is partnering with a leading behavioral health organization to find a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist in Lorain County. This role provides a flexible schedule, a low caseload, and a strong support system, allowing you to make a lasting impact on youth and families through evidence-based interventions.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home, community-based therapy to youth and families using the MST model.
- Manage a low caseload (maximum of 5 families) with at least two face-to-face sessions per week per client.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify systemic strengths and challenges.
- Implement individualized safety and treatment plans in collaboration with families, caseworkers, probation officers, and school professionals.
- Participate in weekly group supervision and phone consultations to ensure model fidelity.
- Maintain clear, concise documentation and adhere to MST principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- LSW, LPC, or MFT licensure (or above) in good standing.
- Experience working with youth and families in home/community-based settings.
- Strong crisis management skills and willingness to be available for on-call crisis response (rotated among the team).
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within the community.
- Competitive Salary: $54,220 – $60,220 depending on degree and licensure.
- Sign-On & Bonuses: $5,000 sign-on bonus + $2,000 quarterly bonuses + second-year retention bonus of $4,000.
