Join a long-established MSP for IT services, known for its stability and supportive team. As a Network Engineer, you'll be key in managing a dedicated client's network, working closely with stakeholders who value your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage server installations, maintenance, patches, and network backups
- Support hardware, software, and Active Directory account management
- Oversee a mixed environment of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Assist with migration projects, including moving systems to Active Directory
- Provide Tier 2 or 3 support and ensure smooth operation of over 2000 user accounts and 50+ servers
- 5+ years of network administration experience (Tier 2 or 3 support)
- IT degree or relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSE, Network+, Security+, VSP)
- Experience with server management and network backups
- Proficiency in hardware support and Active Directory administration
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems
- VMware
- Novell
- Microsoft 365 Exchange
- Stability in a role with a long-standing client
- Work with a dedicated and appreciative client team
