trak group is partnering with a long-established MSP to find an experienced Network Engineer to support a dedicated client in downtown Cincinnati. This role offers a stable, well-supported environment with appreciative stakeholders and a long-term, secure contract.

What You’ll Do
- Manage server installation, maintenance, patches, and updates for a 2000+ user environment.
- Provide Tier 2 & 3 network administration support.
- Maintain network backups and oversee hardware support.
- Create and manage new accounts in Microsoft and oversee Active Directory migration.
- Support an IT infrastructure split between Windows (65%) and Linux (35%).
- Work on Novell-to-Microsoft Active Directory migrations.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of network administration experience (Tier 2 or 3 support).
- IT degree or relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSE, Network+, Security+, VSP).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux environments, and network security.
- Preferred: VMware, Novell, and 365 Exchange experience.
