New Accounts Assistant
Pay: $21–$25/hour depending on experience
Location/Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3–4 month contract with potential to extend
We’re partnering with a growing safety and security systems company to bring in a detail-oriented New Accounts Assistant during a critical time of transition. This is a temporary role with high visibility and the chance to support essential billing and invoicing operations across multiple client accounts.

- Submit accurate and timely customer invoices in line with internal and client-specific requirements
- Manage receivables and follow up on unpaid or outstanding items
- Work directly with customers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Receive and track service-related purchase orders
- Use various customer portals to upload invoices and ensure billing compliance
- Match ticket and invoice data while maintaining accuracy and detail
- AP/AR experience or strong comfort working with numbers
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Sedona software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple customer platforms
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
