- Maintain a high level of detail and organization in all tasks.
- Work in a non-smoking environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent office support experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel; numbers and invoice-oriented.
- QuickBooks knowledge is a huge plus.
- Ability to adapt and take on various responsibilities; dependable and proactive.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a small team setting.
