- Lead projects related to SAP module implementation and process improvements
- Perform advanced data entry and reporting, utilizing your Excel expertise (formulas, pivot tables, graphing, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, supporting the logistics team with documentation like BOL creation and POD tracking
- Organize and participate in employee appreciation activities, from ordering lunches to scheduling holiday celebrations
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, handling office supply purchasing and contract negotiations
- Assist in safety training coordination and help with daily upkeep of production and management KPI charts
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphing
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (though training is provided)
- Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
- A team-oriented attitude with a knack for organizing employee events and team-building activities
- Experience in purchasing and vendor management, with the ability to negotiate contracts
- Good communication skills and an upbeat, organized personality
- Physical capability to handle light lifting (up to 35 lbs)
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
