Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office and agency-specific software systems.
  • Input and extract information from computer systems related to the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
  • Provide data entry support for the Housing Choice Voucher Manager.
  • Assist in lease and contract management, background checks, rent assessments, and various administrative tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients while maintaining confidentiality.
What you need to succeed:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Communication: Exceptional telephone skills.
  • Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of clerical work experience.
  • Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated customer service skills, at least 55 wpm typing speed, and proficiency in word processing applications, preferably Microsoft Word.
