What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter, manage, and update operational data
- Review records for errors and make timely corrections
- Help build and maintain tracking tools and simple KPI reports
- Support process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or inefficiencies
- Assist with inventory oversight and ordering materials as needed
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in data management or operational analysis
- Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel); SAP experience is a plus
- Attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
