Operations & Innovation Manager
Pay: $100,000–$130,000 depending on experience
Location/Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | Greendale, IN
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find a driven, mechanically minded leader to support daily operations and long-term planning. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with the COO and ownership to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and guide plant-wide improvements. Ideal for someone with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit who wants a say in strategy—without owning the business.

- Support lean manufacturing efforts and maintain SOPs and layouts
- Stay closely connected to the floor and team dynamics
- Proven manufacturing experience, ideally in operations or leadership
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, VBA)
- Experience with ERP systems and production tools (a plus)
- Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic role
