Operations Manager
Seeking a strong leader who will direct daily production!
What you need to succeed:

Responsibilities include:

Monitors productivity & quality levels to meet customer expectations of quality, quantity and on-time delivery while minimizing manufacturing costs and scrap.
Promotes production action plans to appropriate personnel.
Participates in production problem solving
Participates in a variety of people management responsibilities, including employee performance, maintaining proper records, critical incident reporting and evaluation of work performance of
Supervisors and production employees.
Analyzes appropriate control records.
Participates in the daily planning of production schedules.
Participates in planning process for staffing level requirements.
Monitors production forecasts and participates in future planning to achieve optimal results.
Coordinates with materials engineering and planner regarding quality issues and dispositions
Participates in facility planning for cost reduction and continuous improvement projects as well as being an active participant
May participate when appropriate to the creation/revision of APQP documents, maintenance repairs and activities in purchasing equipment
Complies with all safety rules and regulations and takes prompt corrective action concerning safety hazards.
