Operations Trainee
Excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with the desire to enter a leadership role!
Why you should work here:

Responsibilities include:

12 month training program.
During this 12 months, the individual will go through a structured rotation of internal positions such as facilities, operations, logistics, etc.
At the end of the 12 months they will move into a supervisor role.
This role could be within their location or open to other facilities.

What you need to succeed:

Degree in Business/Logistics/Operations
- PLUS leadership experience as a student athete/Fraternities and sororities
Strong mix of IQ & EQ
Ability to work in an industrial environment
Up to 10% travel the first year
