Outpatient Therapist – Adolescent – Dayton
trak group is partnering with a leading behavioral health provider to hire an Outpatient Therapist to support adolescents in a structured, team-based environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced clinicians who are passionate about working with youth and want to grow their clinical skills in a supportive, development-focused setting.
You’ll work primarily with clients ages 12–18, delivering group, individual, and family therapy in an outpatient model focused on mental health stabilization and personal growth.

You’ll work primarily with clients ages 12–18, delivering group, individual, and family therapy in an outpatient model focused on mental health stabilization and personal growth.

- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Support a trauma-informed, patient-centered care model
- Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, or MFT; higher licensure welcome)
- Comfort and experience working with middle and high school-aged clients
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Interest in group therapy facilitation and outpatient care models
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive clinical team
