Outpatient Therapist – Adults – Cincinnati
trak group is partnering with a leading behavioral health provider to hire an Outpatient Therapist focused on adult care. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career or experienced clinicians who want to work in a structured outpatient setting with access to strong clinical support, robust supervision, and clear pathways for growth.
You’ll work with adult clients managing mental health conditions or co-occurring substance use disorders, helping them build stability and progress through group and individual therapy.

You’ll work with adult clients managing mental health conditions or co-occurring substance use disorders, helping them build stability and progress through group and individual therapy.

- Treat clients with primary mental health diagnoses, as well as dual diagnosis cases
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create and update treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Support a patient-first, trauma-informed care model
- Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, or MFT; higher licensure welcome)
- Comfort and experience working with adult clients in a therapeutic setting
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills
- A desire to grow professionally within a collaborative care environment
