Responsibilities include:
- Conduct therapeutic trauma-informed clinical services to clients and their support systems.
- Develop and maintain treatment and transition plans that address ongoing treatment needs.
- Manage a caseload of 60-80 clients, ensuring productivity metrics are met.
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions.
- Complete bio-psychosocial telephonic assessments and triage patient needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and connect clients to necessary resources and treatments.
- Ensure all services are documented in SmartCare EMR within 24 hours of service.
- Participate in administrative tasks including training, meetings, and supervision.
What you need to succeed:
- Education: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensure: LCAC, LMFT, LMH, LCSW, or adjacent licensure in good standing.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage large caseloads, effective communication skills, and proficiency in timely clinical documentation.
- Experience: Comfortable with injections and blood draws, and strong computer skills (Epic experience preferred).
- Other Requirements: Must be able to work a few nights a week until at least 6 pm, handle patients of all ages, and work purely on-site. Flu shot required during flu season.
