Your Impact in This Role
- Carry a caseload of 60-80 clients, focusing on substance use and mental health.
- Spend 60% of your time on billable services with a system that allows for 3 weeks of PTO without affecting productivity.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring timely clinical documentation within 24 hours.
- Develop and implement treatment plans and transition plans addressing ongoing treatment needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external programs and agencies to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and connect clients to necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate records using SmartCare EMR system.
What You Bring to The Table
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current licensure (LCAC, LMFT, LMH, LCSW, or equivalent) in good standing.
- Interest in substance use disorders and mental health.
- Ability to work a few nights a week until at least 6 pm.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large caseload.
- Comfortable with timely clinical documentation and working on-site.
- Ability to work with patients of all ages, from children to geriatrics.
- Willingness to receive a flu shot during flu season.
