Responsibilities include:
- Provide therapeutic trauma-informed clinical services to individual clients and support caregivers.
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and transition plans addressing ongoing treatment needs.
- Conduct interviews, evaluations, and assessments to establish diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Manage caseload through engagement and outreach, providing crisis intervention as needed.
- Coordinate communication and services with internal and external programs and agencies.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current state licensing requirements or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire.
- Knowledge of behavioral health and addiction conditions, effective engagement skills, and ability to work independently.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel on behalf of agency needs and sensitivity to cultural differences.
