Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed therapy through individual, family, and group sessions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a caseload of 60-80 clients, ensuring timely clinical documentation (within 24 hours).
- Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health and addiction conditions, and determine levels of care.
- Facilitate client transitions, ensuring access to continued care and resources.
- Lead group therapy sessions with occasional individual therapy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive care.
- Meet productivity metrics, with systems in place to accommodate PTO and training days.
- Participate in crisis intervention, as needed, and adhere to all HIPAA and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active or temporary licensure (LMHC, LMHCA, LCSW, LSW, LCAC, LMFT) in good standing.
- Passion for working with diverse age groups, from children to geriatric patients.
- Flexibility to work evenings 2-3 days per week.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high caseloads effectively.
- Comfortable working on-site in clinical and community settings.
- Flu shot required during flu season.
