Responsibilities
  • Provide trauma-informed therapy through individual, family, and group sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a caseload of 60-80 clients, ensuring timely clinical documentation (within 24 hours).
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health and addiction conditions, and determine levels of care.
  • Facilitate client transitions, ensuring access to continued care and resources.
  • Lead group therapy sessions with occasional individual therapy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Meet productivity metrics, with systems in place to accommodate PTO and training days.
  • Participate in crisis intervention, as needed, and adhere to all HIPAA and compliance standards.
 

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Active or temporary licensure (LMHC, LMHCA, LCSW, LSW, LCAC, LMFT) in good standing.
  • Passion for working with diverse age groups, from children to geriatric patients.
  • Flexibility to work evenings 2-3 days per week.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high caseloads effectively.
  • Comfortable working on-site in clinical and community settings.
  • Flu shot required during flu season.
