- Upload payment files and enter vendor pricing credits accurately
- Update supplier records following the onboarding process
- Assist in researching and resolving unapplied cash to maintain accurate financial records
- Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry and Excel
- Familiarity with any ERP systems is a plus
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with a high volume of tasks
- Proficiency in communication tools like Microsoft Teams for internal collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
