Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including phones, mail, packages, and visitor reception
- Coordinate conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas to maintain a professional office environment
- Provide administrative support to internal teams, including document preparation and communications
- Assist with office coordination, supplies, vendor services, and basic reporting tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Solid administrative and organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured office setting
