- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling, including group, individual, and family therapy
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Licensure as LSW, LPC, or above with a passion for making a difference
- Strong time management skills—preferably not taking work home
- Flexibility, teamwork, and a desire to help others
- Experience with psychiatric or chemical dependency patients is a plus, especially in group therapy
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant licensure
