- Develop, communicate, and implement product policies and pricing strategies to drive sales growth while achieving or exceeding parts profitability targets.
- Define the parts product line portfolio strategy, including managing parts sales categories and ensuring integrity of parts data in the system.
- Manage a parts refurbishment program to increase revenue and margin while reducing owning and operating costs for customers.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of differentiated product positioning through competitive analysis and feature/benefit analysis.
- Proactively manage the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle, from pre-launch to end-of-life.
- Foster strategic partnerships with Food Equipment groups to enhance collaboration and drive business success.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant product management, technical marketing, or engineering experience.
- Experience in parts and service support is highly desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business is desired.
- Master of Business Administration is desired.
- Experience with parts and service solutions and/or equipment products is desired.
