- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans, while managing relationships with vendors.
- Conduct payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Lead benefits enrollment sessions and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage retirement plan administration, including eligibility, audits, and inquiries.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Collaborate with the HR team and IT to implement system upgrades and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits management, with a solid understanding of payroll systems and benefits administration.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
- Mindset: Self-starter who is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CPP are a plus.
- Experience in managing HRIS systems.
