Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Trak group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage weekly payroll and benefits administration in a detail-driven, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for a large employee population, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Administer benefits programs including enrollment, audits, and employee support
- Maintain and audit HRIS and payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and support employee inquiries
Qualifications:
- Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
- Benefits administration experience (enrollment, audits, employee support)
- 1–3 years of payroll, accounting, or HR support experience
- Experience using an HRIS or payroll system (Paycor or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support employees effectively
- High school diploma or GED required;associate’s degree preferred

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8: 00 AM–5: 00 PM
