- Financial Reconciliation: Skillfully reconcile accounts and accruals to the General Ledger, maintaining financial accuracy.
- Finance Partnership: Collaborate closely with the finance team to provide essential financial payroll reports.
- Onboarding: Play an integral role in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Strong Decision-Making: Exhibit robust decision-making skills, as this role offers a degree of autonomy in managing payroll processes.
- High-Volume Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in high-volume payroll processing, ensuring timeliness and precision.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous approach to tasks, consistently delivering accurate results.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software is essential.
- Experience: Possess 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of the payroll domain.
