- Utilize SAP and prepare union reporting while adapting to the upcoming transition to SAP Hana.
- Handle payroll for project-dependent teams of 250-750 employees.
- Assist in resolving payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Calculate deductions, taxes, union costs, and other payable hours.
- Ensure compliance with wage withholdings and garnishments.
- Prior experience in construction or manufacturing payroll.
- Knowledge of union payroll processes is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with garnishments and wage withholdings.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar payroll software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll information.
- Tech-savvy mindset to adapt to the upcoming SAP Hana implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and resolve payroll-related issues.
