- Manage payroll for a multi-state workforce spanning Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
- Utilize Foundation software for payroll processing, with experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Handle union payroll processes, demonstrating prior experience if possible.
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of certified payroll reports with Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and various city and county authorities.
- Expertly manage payroll taxes across multiple cities, counties, and states.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Demonstrate proficiency in uploading weekly direct deposits.
- A strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax regulations, with the ability to navigate multi-state complexities.
- Prior experience with union payroll processes would be highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with certified construction software, particularly Foundation software, is a plus.
- While experience with Foundation software is preferred, it is not a deal-breaker.
- Proficiency in managing payroll tax obligations for various cities, counties, and states.
- The ability to efficiently process new hires.
- Knowledge of uploading weekly direct deposits.
