Physician – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

- Personalized care approach—30–60 minute appointments and manageable daily volume
- Competitive earning potential—previous physicians have earned between $400K–$1M
- Practice autonomy with freedom to grow your panel and compensation at your own pace
- Supportive, experienced team with low turnover and mid-level support
- Provide full-scope outpatient care to a panel of ~500–600 patients
- See 8–10 patients per day, allowing time to focus on relationship-building and outcomes
- Be on call for your own patients; physicians coordinate time-off coverage collaboratively
- Work with a small, tight-knit team including physicians and a part-time nurse practitioner
- Use Athena EMR for documentation and care coordination
- MD or DO with initial board certification in Internal Medicine (preferred) or Family Medicine
- Ohio medical license strongly preferred
- Open to both experienced providers and recent graduates
- J-1 visa candidates welcome
- A patient-centered approach, balanced with a desire to grow with the practice
