Plant Supervisor – Second Shift
Full-time | Onsite | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $70,000–$90,000

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise hourly production team members
- Train employees on safety protocols and quality standards
- Oversee machine operations and product flow for optimal efficiency
- Identify and resolve issues impacting safety, quality, or output
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support HR in staffing and onboarding needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What You Bring:
- GED or high school diploma required
- 1–3 months of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Comfortable using ERP systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in a loud, active environment
- Experience with corrugated packaging or operating large-scale machines (preferred)
