Responsibilities:
Join a dedicated team in a fast-growing manufacturing environment as a Brake Press Operator. This role offers hands-on involvement with high-precision equipment, perfect for a skilled professional ready to bring expertise to a dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC press brakes, interpreting blueprints, instructions, and work orders to ensure accurate part formation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace, adhering to safety and housekeeping guidelines.
- Use and maintain various measuring tools (micrometers, dial calipers, squares) and basic hand tools.
- Proficiency in operating CNC press brakes, with experience in Cincinnati Inc. press brakes as a plus.
- Strong understanding of material forming fundamentals, die selection, and blueprint interpretation.
- Ability to perform basic math and complete documentation accurately.
- At least one year of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with measuring equipment, such as rulers, micrometers, and dial calipers.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis.
- Comfortable working overhead in a semi-climate-controlled factory setting with variable degrees of precision control.
