Process Leader
This position contributes to opportunities across the entire organization and range from quick hit deliveries to more significant engagements.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide vision and direction to project teams and stakeholders including roadmap for problem solving
- Articulate business value and calculate ROI where appropriate
- Identify risks associated with project deliverables and assist in mitigating impediments impacting successful product/project completion
- Use Lean Six Sigma and Agile tools and methodologies to drive improvements/optimization
- Diagram and document processes. Identify process bottlenecks, breakdowns and wasted steps (value stream mapping) and devise solutions to resolve
- Collect data and apply statistical methods to analyze for identification of next steps
- Skilled in project management, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Capture customer requirements - such as in user story format – including UI/UX - to communicate and assist in the prioritization of work
- Collaborate with digital technology teams on development of solutions based on requirements collected and prioritized by managing (plan and prioritize) a backlog of activities/tasks
- Skilled at navigating a matrix organization
- Adept at time management
- Work with urgency and efficiency
- Ingest various inputs of opinions and directions while staying focused on delivery
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent process improvement work experience
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement/optimization role as an individual contributor
- Able to travel across the company region by car including some overnight stays
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and VISIO
- Data analytics and reporting software such as Power BI
- Minitab, Sigma XL or other statistical software (strongly preferred)
- Microsoft Project or other project management software (strongly preferred)
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification (strongly preferred)
- Agile project management certification (strongly preferred)
