Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager specializing in Infrastructure to join our team in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and a strong background in product and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure projects, focusing on ServiceNow or VDI platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee project management activities, including timeline, budget, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
