Responsibilities include:

Lead the product management lifecycle for assigned product lines.
Drive the development and launch of new products, service strategies, and technologies.
Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
Provide crucial support for product marketing and sales efforts.
Ensure high profitability in your product segment or region.

What you need to succeed:

3-5 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Automotive, Electrical, or Communications industries.
Background in Plastics/electrical product design and application.
Track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; an MBA is a plus.
Engineering degree and a minimum of 2 years in Product Management.
Proficiency in marketing technical products.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and global locations.
Familiarity with UL/CSA/IEEE guidelines.
Experience as a technical expert in customer interactions.
