- Lead the product management lifecycle for assigned product lines.
- Drive the development and launch of new products, service strategies, and technologies.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
- Provide crucial support for product marketing and sales efforts.
- Ensure high profitability in your product segment or region.
- 3-5 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Automotive, Electrical, or Communications industries.
- Background in Plastics/electrical product design and application.
- Track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; an MBA is a plus.
- Engineering degree and a minimum of 2 years in Product Management.
- Proficiency in marketing technical products.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and global locations.
- Familiarity with UL/CSA/IEEE guidelines.
- Experience as a technical expert in customer interactions.
