Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the product management lifecycle for assigned product lines.
  • Drive the development and launch of new products, service strategies, and technologies.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Provide crucial support for product marketing and sales efforts.
  • Ensure high profitability in your product segment or region.
What you need to succeed:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Automotive, Electrical, or Communications industries.
  • Background in Plastics/electrical product design and application.
  • Track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; an MBA is a plus.
  • Engineering degree and a minimum of 2 years in Product Management.
  • Proficiency in marketing technical products.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and global locations.
  • Familiarity with UL/CSA/IEEE guidelines.
  • Experience as a technical expert in customer interactions.
