Your Impact in This Role
- Organize and manage the production schedule to optimize efficiency and ensure timely shipment of orders
- Delegate production orders to warehouse staff and proactively monitor inventory levels
- Report inventory discrepancies to the Director of Operations for immediate resolution
- Supervise and support the warehouse team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain strong communication between FOH and BOH to enhance workplace efficiencies
- Handle customer service inquiries and assist with loading/unloading shipments
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with OSHA standards
- Follow established warehouse procedures and policies
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations
What You Bring to The Table
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of proven management experience
- Strong communication skills for FOH and BOH collaboration
- Adaptability and patience for a dynamic work environment
- Process improvement mindset
- Experience in production, logistics, or distribution (kitting ops preferred)
- Ability to handle growth and increased project volume
