Production Process Manager

As a Production Process Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and communicating with stakeholders both domestically and overseas. After conversion, enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

As a Production Process Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and communicating with stakeholders both domestically and overseas. After conversion, enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with overseas teams regarding production, quality, and customer requirements
- Process and analyze customer purchase orders based on established requirements
- Prepare purchase orders for overseas team processing
- Ensure product compliance with safety regulations by managing testing documents
- Analyze pricing based on quotes, purchase orders, material/labor costs, and exchange rates
- Support product development by recommending changes to improve quality, safety, or cost
- Provide sales support by entering items into customer portals and assisting with pre-sales tasks
- Investigate customer chargebacks related to quality issues
- Research and onboard new product categories
- Develop and implement interdepartmental efficiencies
- Monitor exchange rates and take steps to mitigate fluctuations
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Solution-driven mindset
- Ability to negotiate pricing with manufacturers and distributors
- Capability to follow and improve repeatable processes
- Hybrid work schedule after conversion (3 days in, 2 days out)
