Responsibilities include:
  • Trendspotter: Identify emerging trends in beer and mixed beverages to inform new product development strategies.
  • Product Development: Collaborate on the creation and refinement of new products, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret sensory data, including generating statistical results and graphs, to provide actionable insights.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with various departments such as QA, packaging, brewing/blend, and R&D to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
  • Sensory Panel Management: Facilitate sensory panel functions focused on R&D, including training and managing panelists.

What you need to succeed:
  • Industry Experience: Background in food service or related fields, with a willingness to consider candidates from chemical manufacturing.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; candidates with a master's degree will be considered, especially if accompanied by at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Panel Management Skills: Experience with training and/or managing panels is highly desirable, particularly experience with a panel of 60 members.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively across departments and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sensory data and generating actionable insights.
