Job Title: Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Shift: 2nd Shift (1: 00 PM - 10: 00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing workflow to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and optimize operations.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in production management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
