Responsibilities include:

Supervise approximately fifteen (15) hourly bargaining unit personnel per shift, instructing them in job requirements, and ensuring compliance with company and department policies.
Conduct daily and monthly safety briefings with hourly employees, emphasizing safety protocols and procedures.
Resolve problems arising from breakdowns, scheduled changes, metallurgical procedure changes, and other operational issues.
Collaborate with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient operations and effective coordination.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
